Important Information Regarding Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is different from those for physical products. We generally do not offer refunds for downloadable software products, ebooks, music recordings, or streaming video on demand (SVOD) services.

This is because once you have downloaded or accessed these products, we cannot guarantee that you have not copied or used them.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. For instance, if there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, we may be able to offer a replacement or a store credit.
